ABOUT THE ROLE
Powertutors has an exciting opportunity for an SEN tutor based in Cobham to join our team on a part-time basis of approximately 8 hours per week. You'll be supporting secondary-age students with Special Educational Needs across core subjects up to GCSE level.
This is a great role for someone looking for consistent, meaningful part-time tutoring work with a supportive organisation behind them.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Delivering 1:1 tuition in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) up to GCSE
- Tailoring sessions to meet individual SEN requirements
- Maintaining progress records and regular communication with the Powertutors team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience working with SEN students
- Solid subject knowledge across one or more core subjects to GCSE
- Reliable, organised, and able to commit to approximately 8 hours per week
- Teaching qualification or equivalent tutoring experience desirable
