Active Staff is currently recruiting for temporary to permanent Production Operative to join a well establish and dynamically growing manufacturing business in Andover, working on range of construction industry products.

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be working as part of a team manufacturing construction products along with supporting warehouse team. The role will involve operating production machinery, carrying out basic warehouse duties and ensuring products are produced safely and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with the manufacture of construction products.
- Loading and unloading materials and finished products.
- Carrying out basic warehouse duties as required.
- Moving materials around the production and warehouse areas.
- Checking products for quality and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.
- Carrying out manual handling and other physical duties as required.

- Have previous production or manufacturing experience.
