We are looking for a confident and reliable Senior Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our St James Quarter store. Opening September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in line with company procedures
- Take responsibility for the store in management absence
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and drive sales on the floor
- Support daily operations including cash handling, replenishment and visual standards
- Lead by example and support team performance during shifts
- Drive add-on sales (Plus 1’s), UPT and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience (supervisor or senior sales level preferred)
- Trustworthy and accountable with strong attention to detail
- Confident leading a shift and supporting team members
- Passion for jewellery, styling and customer service
