Hours: We can offer a variety of shifts across the week:
Mondays 9am - 12pm & 3pm - 6pm
Tuesdays 9am - 3pm
Thursdays - Sundays 10am - 1pm & 3pm - 6pm

We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a gentleman who lives independently in his own flat.
This gentleman enjoys living in his own home and being part of his local community. He benefits from encouragement, reassurance and practical support to maintain his independence and wellbeing.
As a Support Worker, you will provide support with:
- Personal hygiene and maintaining a healthy daily routine
- Attending appointments and managing day-to-day tasks
- Accessing the local community and taking part in activities
- Managing anxiety and providing reassurance when needed
- Supporting Stefan’s emotional wellbeing
- Keeping his home clean, tidy and comfortable through prompting, encouragement and practical support
- Building confidence and independence in everyday life
