We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Live-in Pub Manager to lead the daily operations of a vibrant pub environment. Duties
- Lead and supervise all pub operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and bar service to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Manage daily staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences
- Oversee food safety protocols, food production processes, and kitchen cleanliness to comply with health regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain consistency in culinary offerings
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Enforce safety policies and procedures in the kitchen and pub areas to guarantee a secure environment for staff and guests
- Hiring staffs and organizing pub events, managing social media, supervising bookings and parties.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality settings in pubs.
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead diverse groups effectively
- Background in food safety practices and food production processes
- Previous barista or serving experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hospitality standards related to customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work environment
