The Role
As a Paralegal within our Personal Injury team, you will receive comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required to manage a varied caseload.
Working alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment, you will be trained to handle claims from inception through to conclusion, taking full responsibility for your own caseload as your experience grows.

You will play an important role in progressing cases efficiently, maintaining high standards of client care, and supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of your caseload
- Communicating with clients via telephone, email, and written correspondence
- Requesting, reviewing, and managing medical records
- Preparing instructions to experts and counsel
- Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court documents
- Maintaining accurate records via the case management system and diary management
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and firm policies

Essential
You will need:
- A Law degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Good IT skills and ability to use case management systems (Training provided)
- A proactive and professional approach to work
Pay: £24,785.00-£27,000.00 per year
