Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: £24,800 per annum.
- OTE: £31,000 per annum
- Bonus Structure: Available and will be discussed at the interview.

Role Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to proactively contact patients and convert leads into booked appointments across our clinics.
This is not a passive customer service role. You will be responsible for driving revenue by engaging patients, overcoming objections, and confidently guiding them into booking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to patients (warm leads, recalls, and enquiries)
- Converting leads into booked appointments for ear wax removal and hearing tests
- Following structured call flows while adapting to patient responses
- Handling objections and clearly communicating the value of Earful services
- Updating the CRM accurately with call outcomes and notes
- Working towards daily and weekly booking targets
- Supporting campaigns (recalls, promotions, reactivation of lapsed patients)
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 – 18:30
- Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
