BOT Services Ltd is expanding its enforcement operations across London and Greater London, and we are looking for professional, motivated individuals to join our growing team.
We are recruiting both experienced Certificated Enforcement Agents and Trainee Enforcement Agents looking to begin a new career within the enforcement industry.
For those new to enforcement, previous experience is not essential. We can provide training, guidance and ongoing support to help suitable candidates develop the knowledge and skills required to work towards becoming a Certificated Enforcement Agent.
The Role
Working on a self-employed basis, you will be responsible for managing allocated cases across London and Greater London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending allocated cases within your designated area
- Engaging professionally and respectfully with members of the public
- Managing your own workload and daily activity
- Maintaining accurate and timely case records
- Following relevant legislation, regulations and company procedures
- Working to high standards of conduct and professionalism
- Communicating effectively with our operational and support teams
This is an independent, field-based role and requires individuals who can remain professional, confident and composed, including when dealing with challenging or sensitive situations.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are professional, motivated and comfortable working independently.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to their own reliable vehicle
- Have no criminal convictions
- Have no County Court Judgments (CCJs)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be professional and presentable
- Be organised, reliable and self-motivated
- Be confident working independently
- Be comfortable travelling throughout London and Greater London
