Our Slough-based client is an established name within the direct sales and marketing industry and is currently expanding its team. They are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join them as Sales Representatives.
No previous sales experience is required. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and support from day one, giving you the tools and confidence to succeed.
Your Role
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Represent well-known brands through professional face-to-face residential campaigns.
- Engage directly with customers and create positive, lasting relationships.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining high professional standards.
- Work collaboratively within a motivated and supportive team.
- Develop valuable skills in communication, sales, negotiation, and leadership.
- Work towards personal and team targets with ongoing guidance and support.
