Smart Kids Nursery is offering a fully funded Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship Programme, delivered through our approved training providers. This programme is designed for individuals ready to progress directly into Level 3 and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in early years.
We are recruiting apprenticeship candidates for both our Aston and Digbeth branches, providing excellent opportunities for professional growth and development within the childcare sector.

About the Role:
As an apprentice at Smart Kids Nursery, you will:
- Support children’s daily routines, learning, and development
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging and stimulating activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Develop strong communication and teamwork skills
- Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families
- Gain valuable practical experience while completing your Level 3 qualification

Positions are available across both branches.
Entry Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Previous childcare experience (placement, volunteer, or work-based)
- A minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths or a Level 2 qualification in childcare
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Willingness to commit to and complete the Level 3 apprenticeship programme
