We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced setting. Shifts on a rota, working early and late shifts, weekends and weekdays.
Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and food to customers efficiently and courteously.
- Serve breakfast to hotel guests in our restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable but not necessary
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks during peak hours.
