We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable and takes a pride in delivering an excellent service. You will be a proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. This role is ideally suited to a candidate who reside within 15 miles of our office.
As part of the Administration team this role works closely with many departments in the office. Day to day tasks may include:
Answering the telephone and directing calls as required; providing great customer service at all times.
General office tidiness and the maintenance of office equipment (photocopiers, printers etc). Supply and organise stationary.
Manage the post and email communications.
Document control and management.
Updating our property management software (Qube).
Assisting with administration duties across all departments items include but are not limited to: Issuing of Surveying notices, Invoice posting, Raising works orders, Processing sale pack information requests, Issuing welcome pack correspondence.
Assist with filing and scanning.
Greeting visitors, scheduling meeting rooms and providing refreshments.
Secretarial duties as required.
