This role is a working supervisor position. Applicants must be physically fit to be able to perform the required duties.
Working in the manufacture of Concrete Coping Stones in our factory in Cleghorn, Lanark.
Duties will involve all aspects of Precast Concrete manufacture including demoulding, pouring, vibrating, floating and stacking.
As a supervisor the successful candidate will also be responsible for quality, speed of production and assuring procedures are followed correctly. The successful candidate would be responsible for supervising a team of 4 operatives.
Experience within a concrete production environment would be preferred but not essential.
Previous supervisory experience would also be advantageous.
Operating hours are normally Mon - Friday 8pm to 4/5pm but additional hours may be required to suit production. A Saturday morning shift is also required on a Rota basis.
Good attendance and timekeeping are vital.
