Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing administrative support, managing team activities, and maintaining effective communication across departments. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organisation
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for team members
- Utilise Xero for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
- Coordinate trades team activities
- Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical
- Provide exceptional communication support via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Assist with organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required
- Support office procurement processes and liaise with vendors for supplies and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in an office environment, ideally in a supervisory or coordinating role
- Demonstrable clerical and administrative experience with strong organisational skills
- Experience using accounting software is highly desirable
- Previous team management or supervising experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments
- Familiarity with human resources procedures and documentation processes
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
