This role blends paid ads management, organic content creation, and digital brand maintenance. You will help drive high‑quality leads, strengthen our online presence, and ensure our marketing output remains consistent, compliant, and on‑brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Google & Meta Ads Campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Manage budgets, track conversions, improve CPL, and ensure campaigns deliver high‑quality leads.
- Organic Social Media Management
Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and carousels across platforms. Maintain brand tone, engage with followers, and grow community presence.
- Email Marketing & Newsletters
Produce newsletters, nurture sequences, and client update emails. Manage templates, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Keep service pages updated, publish blogs, maintain landing pages, and ensure the website remains accurate, compliant, and optimised.
Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Track KPIs across ads, social, email, and website.
- Compliance & Brand Consistency
Ensure all marketing content meets FCA guidelines and reflects our professional brand identity.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to design graphics and edit short‑form video (Canva or Adobe)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a bonus)
- Basic SEO and website management knowledge
- Comfortable analysing data and making recommendations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
