ELTA Automotive is a leading import distributor of vehicle components in the Automotive Aftermarket.
We have a vacancy for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team based at our Coleshill office. Experience of the Automotive Aftermarket would be advantageous but not essential.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Reviewing and analysing current stock holding and placing replenishment purchase orders
- Identifying upcoming shortfalls in stock and implementing actions to prevent stock outages
- Reviewing customer enquiries and lost sales to optimise stock holding
- Analysing sales history and trends to produce stock forecasts
- Reporting on business KPIs to various stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes
The ideal candidate will require:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong people management skills
- Commercial mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Capacity to respond effectively to new challenges in a fast-paced environment
