Vibean is a busy Vietnamese specialty coffee shop in Manchester. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Barista who takes pride in giving excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for preparing coffee, matcha, and other drinks, serving customers, handling payments, keeping the shop clean, and supporting the team during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Hardworking, reliable, and willing to help the team
- Able to stay calm and work quickly under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred
- Comfortable drinking and regularly tasting coffee
- Able to handle caffeine well
- Available to work 35–40 hours per week
- Good timekeeping and attention to cleanliness
- Willing to learn about Vietnamese coffee and Vibean’s menu
