Barnet United Synagogue is looking for a dynamic and engaging Youth Director to help grow and energise our youth community. This is a unique opportunity to create meaningful, age-appropriate programmes, build strong relationships with young people and families, and foster a sense of connection, belonging and Jewish identity.
You will work closely with our rabbinic and lay leadership to develop exciting programming, encourage participation, and support a team of volunteers to deliver impactful youth experiences. Your warmth, creativity and ability to connect will be key to making a lasting difference.
