Miracle Social Care, a well-established CQC-registered domiciliary care provider, is expanding our team in Walsall.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to support vulnerable adults in their own homes. You will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalised care, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals, including those with dementia, Alzheimer's, or requiring hospice care. Applicants must be reliable, empathetic, and eager to deliver high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Meal preparation and light domestic duties
- Medication prompting and administration
- Companionship and emotional support
- Mobility support
- Accurate record-keeping (care notes)

About You (Essential Requirements):
- Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to your own car (business insurance required)
- Previous care experience (preferred but not essential – full training given)
- Kind, patient, and reliable nature
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
Desirable (but not essential):
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience with dementia, learning disabilities, or end-of-life care
Important note about location: While our office is based in Walsall, this role is solely for care visits in the Walsall area. You will not be required to travel to Walsall for daily work. All rotas, support, and supervision will be managed remotely with periodic visits from your manager.
