Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation activities by identifying potential candidates through social media management, online job boards, and networking channels.
- Support the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct outreach to prospective candidates via email, phone calls, and social media platforms to build a robust talent pool.
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS platforms to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews under supervision to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by managing social media channels and promoting job opportunities effectively.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and team members.
- Demonstrated interest in human resources, recruitment, or related fields.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HRIS systems and social media management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with excellent relationship management skills—building rapport is key!
- Previous experience or coursework related to sales, customer service, or social media management is advantageous but not mandatory.
