4.45pm - 10pm (20 hours)
Salary: £13.75per hour

Rosevilla Residential Home is a family-run care home with 45 beds, dedicated to providing a high standard of care for individuals living with dementia. We are currently rate GOOD with CQC. We are passionate about delivering person-centered care and are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for:
✅ Supporting residents with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and mobility.
✅ Ensuring residents' dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained at all times.
✅ Assisting with mealtimes and hydration needs.
✅ Documenting care records accurately.
✅ Providing companionship and emotional support.
✅ Working as part of a team to create a warm and caring environment.
✅Be responsible for the administration of medications based on the needs of resident.
✅Supervise staff and delegate shifts.
✅Create and follow care plans.
