Customer Service Advisor - Cheshire Branch

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Holmes Chapel and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about our products and services. The candidate will be working on the aftersales reception desk ensuring all customers are booked in to the service centre correctly. Once all work is completed the candidate will then ensure the customer is happy with all the work and complete the process through the dealer management system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maneuvering of vehicles on site
- Greeting the customer in the office, outside upon arrival and on collection.
- Liaising with technicians
- Maintain customer records and update customer profiles as needed.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure the dealer management system is up to date.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Saturdays 9am to 2pm
Salary: Circa £29,000.00 per annum
