Reporting to the Team Leaders, the role of Cookhouse Technician is to ensure adherence of working to standard in the quality production of our products. This role is Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00.
Your role as a Cookhouse Technician will involve cooperating with colleagues to ensure compliance with and the progression of Health & Safety standards, speaking up for improvements when needed.
You will be responsible for carrying out first line investigations into any issues arising and will use judgment and initiative to maintain quality. You may also be asked to provide ad hoc operational cover.
