Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support and help keep business operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will support internal teams with documentation, scheduling, correspondence, records and general office coordination while developing valuable experience across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to internal teams.
- Manage emails, correspondence, documents and routine enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and company files.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and internal activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other business documents.
- Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders and administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment and general administrative requirements.
- Support colleagues with projects, events and other business activities.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office or customer-service experience is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional, reliable and positive approach to work.
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications; additional business administration training is desirable.
Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
