Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant/pub operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of bartenders, kitchen staff, and support personnel to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food production, handling, and serving.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels for kitchen and bar areas.
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or pub setting, with strong team management skills.
- Restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards including serving procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of food production processes, kitchen operations, and hospitality industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in culinary roles or bar service enhances suitability for this position.
