Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential support to the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong IT literacy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Duties
· Manage existing customer accounts, including processing orders in a timely manner
· Carry out all sales related administration duties
· Enter purchase orders into the Sales Ledger
· Generate sales invoices at the end of each working day
· Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time
· Complete all relevant Sales Ledger activities at month end
· Keep all customer product drawings up to date
Requirements
- Experience in sales role preferable but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills including computer literacy and familiarity with various software applications.
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- English Grade 4/C or above.
- Maths Grade 4/C or above.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
