We're hiring! Digital Community & Engagement Coordinator
Love bringing people together? Join us to create vibrant online communities that support learning, collaboration and positive change.
At Transform Your Training, we believe learning is most powerful when people learn together. Through our award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, we work with charities, public services and organisations across the UK to create engaging, values-led learning experiences that help people turn learning into action.
As our Digital Community & Engagement Coordinator, you'll help create spaces where facilitators, learners and community members can connect, share ideas and learn from one another. From developing engaging content and promoting events to supporting online discussions and growing participation, you'll help ensure our communities remain welcoming, active and full of value.
Working closely with colleagues across Transform Your Training, you'll combine creativity, communication and organisation to help deliver an outstanding community experience. You'll play an important role in supporting learning beyond training sessions, helping people build relationships, share expertise and stay connected.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating engaging digital experiences and helping communities thrive.
You will:
- Help manage and develop TYT's online communities, ensuring they remain welcoming, engaging and easy to navigate.
- Create, adapt and organise content, resources and communications that encourage participation and connection.
- Support facilitators, community members and programme participants to engage with learning opportunities and community activity.
- Coordinate online and face-to-face events, workshops and engagement activities.
- Develop discussion opportunities, networking activities and community events that encourage collaboration and shared learning.
- Help promote TYT communities, programmes and opportunities, increasing awareness and participation.
- Support participant communications, helping people understand how to access resources, opportunities and support.
- Gather feedback and insight to understand what is working well and where engagement can be strengthened.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to bring together expertise, content and opportunities that add value to community members.
- Use data, feedback and insight to continuously improve the community experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing, coordinating or supporting an online community, network, membership group or engagement programme.
- Enjoys creating opportunities for people to connect, collaborate and learn from one another.
- Has experience creating, adapting or organising digital content, newsletters, resources or communications for different audiences.
- Is confident using digital platforms and systems, with experience of community platforms such as Mighty Networks being advantageous.
- Has experience supporting events, webinars, workshops or online engagement activity.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Communicates with warmth, clarity and professionalism.
- Takes initiative, enjoys solving problems and is confident managing their own workload.
- Builds positive relationships and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Shares our commitment to integrity, excellence, fairness, collaboration and innovation.
- Training 4 Influence is the methodology our services are built on, so experience of this approach, or a willingness to complete the qualification, would be welcomed. We will support the successful candidate to undertake the training if required.
We offer:
- A warm, supportive team where your voice matters.
- The opportunity to help shape thriving professional learning communities that make a genuine difference.
- Flexible, hybrid working built on trust and outcomes.
- Access to Transform Your Training programmes and additional professional development opportunities.
- Wellbeing support.
- The opportunity to contribute to the growth of an ambitious, values-led organisation.
