Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring operatives are working safely and efficiently, that daily and weekly production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety regulations are followed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Achieving daily and weekly production targets, safely and efficiently

- Cleanliness and order of the works areas under their supervision
- Maintenance of a positive work environment and motivation of staff to achieve targets
- Compliance with latest version of production information/design, S.O.Ps and the REDS10 risk assessments and procedures, policies and heath and safety regulations
What you’ll bring:
- Lead and manage the production team to meet production targets and quality standards
- Assist with the planning and coordinate production activities including scheduling, resource allocation and workflow optimisation.
- Ensure that the programme module completion log is populated daily, and delays are communicated efficiently
- Liaise with the Assistant Production Manager to ensure operatives are actively employed in appropriate tasks to ensure the factory works at optimum capacity
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Identifying and reporting on production delays working with the Assistant production Manager to find solutions and preventions
- Ensure all staff members are adequately trained and following safety protocols.
- Address any production issues in a timely manner and escalate issues where necessary.
- Ensure design and production changes are communicated effectively
Pay: £19.95 per hour
