We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Manager to open a new solo provision and then progress to opening another solo home with a payrise of course.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of Ofsted. Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of child care and safety are maintained at all times
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for children’s health and wellbeing
- Manage daily operational activities within the care home environment, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Promote a positive organisational culture centred on compassion, respect, and continuous improvement
- Monitor quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards of care delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Ofsted regualted homes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently
