About First Choice Cleaning NI
First Choice Cleaning NI is a growing cleaning business at the beginning of an exciting journey. We are building our customer base, developing business partnerships and already securing contracts as we prepare for our wider launch and continued growth.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join us at the ground level and grow with the business.
This is not a traditional management position where years of experience are essential. We believe in second chances, personal development and giving people the opportunity to build something meaningful.
We are looking for someone with the right mindset, motivation, discipline, personality and work ethic — someone who wants to develop themselves while helping develop the business.

We want to provide opportunities for people to gain work experience, develop confidence, learn practical skills and move towards greater independence.
As the business develops, we also aim to establish an education and training centre providing access to practical training and qualifications, including areas such as First Aid, Level 3 training and other employment-focused skills. We already have teaching expertise available to help us develop this part of the vision.
This means the successful candidate won't simply be joining an established company and managing what already exists.
You'll have the opportunity to help build the company from the ground up.

Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the business owner to support the development and growth of First Choice Cleaning NI.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
- Communicating with customers and potential customers
- Handling customer enquiries professionally
- Building relationships with local businesses
- Helping identify and secure new cleaning contracts
- Supporting recruitment and staff development
- Helping organise cleaning teams and schedules
- Monitoring cleaning standards and customer satisfaction
- Supporting the development of company procedures and systems
- Representing First Choice Cleaning NI professionally
- Helping develop business partnerships
- Taking responsibility for delegated tasks
- Identifying opportunities for business growth
- Taking on additional responsibilities as the company expands
