Duties
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units following technical schematics and safety standards
- Support senior technicians in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret mechanical schematics to accurately assemble or modify HVAC components
- Conduct routine inspections of air conditioning systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Contribute to the assembly of HVAC systems on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized manner
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems or construction equipment preferred
- Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, or blueprints is advantageous
- Prior experience in equipment repair or maintenance roles is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills or experience supervising small teams is desirable
- Construction experience or working on building sites will be highly valued
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in troubleshooting issues
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within a fast-paced environment
