I’m currently working closely with a wonderful local school just outside of Penzance that is looking for a dedicated After School Cleaner to join their friendly site team.
If you take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children to learn in, this is the perfect local role for you. No erratic shift patterns here—just stable, predictable hours every single week.

What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring classrooms, corridors, communal areas, and toilets are kept sparkling clean and hygienic.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying bins.
- Following standard health and safety / COSHH guidelines (don't worry, the school team is super supportive).
What we need from you:
- Prior cleaning experience is essential (school, commercial, or domestic experience are all welcome!).
- A reliable, punctual attitude—the school relies on you to get the building ready for the next day.
- An understanding of (or willingness to learn) safeguarding environments.
Please Note: Because this role is based within a school, employment is subject to a clear Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
