About Edge Tutor International
Edge Tutor International is a fast-growing education outsourcing company that helps schools, educational institutions, EdTech providers, tutoring businesses, and learning organisations access high-quality teaching and academic support talent globally. We partner with organisations across multiple international markets and support thousands of learners through flexible, scalable education delivery models. As we continue to expand across North America, Europe, and other strategic markets, we are seeking an experienced sales leader who can help accelerate our growth and establish long-term client partnerships. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth organisation and play a central role in shaping its commercial future.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record of selling outsourced services, staffing solutions, managed services, BPO solutions, workforce solutions, recruitment outsourcing, education services, or similar people-based service offerings. This is a hands-on revenue-generating role. The successful candidate will be expected to build pipeline, develop new business opportunities, lead consultative sales conversations, negotiate commercial agreements, and close strategic accounts directly. While the role includes leadership responsibilities and oversight of sales processes, success will primarily be measured by revenue generation, pipeline development, and new client acquisition. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, manage long consultative sales cycles, and confidently engage decision-makers across international markets.

· Monitor competitor activity and evolving client requirements.
· Contribute insights that improve Edge Tutor’s commercial positioning.
