Groundworks / GI Supervisor Required
Location: Sandtoft, DN8
Rate: £28 per hour
Hours: 7am- 6pm (early finish Fridays)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks / Ground Investigation (GI) Supervisor to work on National Grid sites.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up compounds and managing GI works for Structural Soils projects. Duties will include overseeing:
- Overseeing pylon upgrade
- monitoring structural soils team
- Overviewing grounds investigation
- Checking routes and procedurs
- Working with site foreman
This role requires someone reliable, trustworthy and experienced within GI and civil engineering environments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within Civil Engineering / Ground Investigation
- Strong understanding of GI works and site operations
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Blue skilled card
- Ability to manage plant and drilling activities safely and efficiently
- Must have own transport (hybrid working role)
