We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Seasonal Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a great family business.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and beverage service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a welcoming demeanour. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is essential. Seasonal could be come permanent for the right people.
Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
- Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety standards
- Set up and clear tables promptly, ensuring the dining area remains tidy and inviting
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment in line with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Support barista duties if necessary, including preparing specialised coffee beverages
Experience
- Previous experience in serving in a busy hospitality role is essential.
- Experience in restaurant environments or barista work can be an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
