Senior Delivery Manager required for a well known brand looking for someone to lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic programmes and projects. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring complex business and technology initiatives are delivered effectively while leading and developing a small, high-performing delivery team!
Approximately 70–80% of the role will focus on programme delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and strategic execution, with the remaining 20–30% dedicated to people leadership and coaching.
Working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party partners, you will provide delivery leadership across multiple concurrent programmes, ensuring projects are aligned to business objectives and delivered to agreed scope, budget, quality, and timescales.
Location: South East London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £95,000 + bonus and comprehensive benefits
Skills required:
- Experienced Delivery Manager with a background in delivering large-scale business and technology programmes
- Previous line management experience, including coaching and developing
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level
- Strong programme governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management expertise
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
A collaborative approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes

- PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, AgilePM, PMP, or equivalent programme management qualification.
- Experience working within regulated or complex enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
