Gallagher are looking for new Lead Generation Executives to join our expanding SME Insurance team in the Brierley Hill office. What you'll be doing
You will be speaking with SME business owners who have already expressed an interest in obtaining business insurance through one of Gallagher's partner banking relationships - These are warm leads rather than cold calls.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking to customers who may be setting up a new business and looking for insurance for the first time, or they may be established businesses exploring better value and more suitable cover options.
- Using a dialler system, you will be making outbound calls alongside emails.
- Your role is to build rapport, understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities before passing them to one of Gallagher's Insurance Sales Consultants.
- Accurately recording customer information across multiple systems.
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or contact centres beneficial but not essential
- Confident speaking on the phone and making outbound calls
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Positive attitude, resilience and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow a structured process
