Role Purpose:
Join the team at Fenchurch Restaurant, Sky Garden's award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant, where exceptional dining, breathtaking views and outstanding hospitality come together. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Floor Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold the exceptional standards of one of London's most iconic dining destinations.
What you will be doing

Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service at every stage of the guest journey

Managing the day-to-day floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift

Supporting, coaching and developing team members to maintain the highest standards of hospitality

Working closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving any feedback or concerns promptly and professionally
What we are looking for
-
Previous experience as a Floor Manager, or Senior Supervisor within a high-volume premium hospitality environment

A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of food, beverage and service standards within a quality-led restaurant environment

This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of up to £39,000 per annum, plus paid meal allowance.
