The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the sales team by processing orders, preparing quotations, coordinating customer communications, and maintaining sales records. The role also manages product sample requests, coordinates sample preparation and dispatch with internal departments, and ensures efficient sales operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Conducts research on customer requirements, products, and sales-related topics. Helps compile and sales data.

Provides administrative support to the sales team and serves as a liaison between customers and internal departments as required.

Prepares sales reports, documentation, and information as requested by Sales Managers.

Processes customer sales orders for production and distribution to specified customer addresses.

Coordinates communication with customers and internal teams, including telephone and email enquiries.

Provides information and directs enquiries to the appropriate department, policy, or procedure.

Prepares, collects, and coordinates product samples to be sent to customers and other departments to support tender submissions and sales opportunities.

Liaises with customers regarding orders, samples, delivery schedules, and product requirements.

Ensures excellent customer service delivery is achieved.

Ensures customer quality compliance through a “right first time” approach.

Ensures product quality is checked against appropriate customer specifications.

Accurately completes all relevant documentation, maintains records, and ensures data accuracy.

Responsible for document accuracy, completion, filing, and retrieval of sales-related information.

Compiles, stores, and retrieves sales and customer information using computer systems.

Attends meetings as required and reports any issues affecting customer service, orders, or operations.

Files all relevant paperwork that has been reviewed and signed off.

Supports special projects and other sales-related activities as assigned.
