Job Summary
Are you a 3+ PQE Private Family Law Solicitor, seeking higher-quality work, without the corporate culture that often comes with legal 500-level firms?
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-value private family law matters, including working with HNWI's, on Divorce, Financial remedy and Private Children matters, within a friendly, flexible and supportive firm.

Duties
- Independently handle a varied caseload of private family law matters
- Working across key areas of family law, including divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, and nuptial agreements
- Encourage and support alternative dispute resolution where suitable
- Support and guide junior colleagues as required
Experience
- Proven experience as a Family Law Solicitor, with at least 3 years' PQE
- Strong understanding of Private Family law, particularly divorce and finance
- Demonstrable negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable agreements
- Excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals is desirable
