We are an established and reputable domiciliary care agency providing high quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Coordinator to join our friendly and professional office team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily care staff rotas to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
- Match carers to clients based on skills, experience, and individual preferences.
- Respond promptly to changes in care schedules, emergencies, and last-minute staffing requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, their families, care staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supervision of care staff.
- Monitor staff availability, holidays, training, and compliance.
- Assist with care reviews, spot checks, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota on a shared basis.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Care Scheduler, or Senior Care Worker within a domiciliary care agency.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills and experience using care management and scheduling software.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance requirements.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience working with local authority and private care packages.
