Ivy Care are looking for Support Workers to join us at our newest residential service, Ivy Stone Lodge in Upton, Pontefract.
We are looking for compassionate, enthuasistic and committed support workers to join our team (no experience required if your values match - full training is provided). As a Support Worker you will provide essential support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs living within our service. You will play a crucial role in helping the people we support to live independent and fulfilling lives by assisting them in daily activities and supporting them on trips into the community.

The role
- Safeguarding the vulnerable adults who live in our services at all times
- Participating in a range of activites and events to encourage independence, fulfilment and the achievement of aspirations for the people we support
- Assisting with tasks relating to care, such as cooking, cleaning and personal care
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the people we support
- Ensuring clear and accurate record keeping

About Ivy Care
Ivy Care provides support to vulnerable adults with a range of learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Operating over nine homes on five sites, Stone Lodge is our newest service, opened in July 2024 and supporting six residents.
All applicants are required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.

· If successful we will organise your DBS check and references prior to confirming a start date.
