Sales Executive – Training Provided
We’re currently expanding our Cardiff sales team and are looking for confident, motivated individuals to represent established client campaigns. Previous experience is not essential, with full training and ongoing support provided from the beginning.
The position is primarily door-to-door and face-to-face, working directly with customers across residential areas throughout Cardiff and surrounding locations.
Your Role
- Approach and engage with customers in assigned residential areas.
- Present client campaigns clearly and professionally.
- Build your confidence and develop practical sales, communication and customer service skills.
- Work towards personal performance goals alongside the wider team.
- Attend daily training, coaching and team meetings at our Cardiff-based office before travelling to your allocated territory.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable individuals who can work effectively within a team.
- No previous sales experience is required.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Working Details
- This is a self-employed position.
- Earnings are based on uncapped commission, with weekly payments.
- A minimum commitment of 4 full days per week is required, with availability Monday–Saturday.
- You’ll attend the Cardiff office each working day before travelling to your assigned residential territory.
