We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef with strong experience in wok-based cooking to lead this NEW OPENING within a quality-driven Asian concept.

About You
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Strong background in Wok cooking and Asian cuisine
- Confident leading a team and supporting a brigade
- High standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Ability to run a fast-paced service with consistency
- Hands-on, organised, and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, GP, and stock control
- Able to reliably commute to Guildford (no accommodation provided)
The Role
- Lead the kitchen and take full ownership of day-to-day operations
- Run service and ensure consistency across all dishes
- Manage and develop the kitchen team
- Oversee ordering, stock control, and GP performance
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Train and mentor junior chefs to build a strong brigade
