Each person has their own interests, goals and aspirations, and you'll play a key role in ensuring they are supported to enjoy meaningful opportunities, develop their independence and remain active members of their local communities.

You'll also oversee the effective management of the services, including reviewing support plans, service delivery plans, progress records and risk assessments, ensuring they remain current and reflect the principles of person-centred and relationship-centred Active Support.
As Service Manager, you'll champion quality, continuously look for opportunities to develop the services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards. Above all, you'll be passionate about enabling the six young gentlemen to live the lives they choose, promoting independence, confidence and meaningful participation every day, while leading a team that shares your commitment to making every day remarkable.
