About the Role
Rollwave Foods (franchisee) is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our lively sushi and street food kiosk team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food environment and takes pride in preparing great-tasting food while creating a positive experience for every customer. You'll be trained to prepare fresh food to a high standard and build strong rapport with customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare fresh sushi and street food dishes following our recipes and quality guidelines
- Greet and serve customers in a warm, professional manner, taking accurate orders
- Keep your kiosk area tidy, organised, and fully compliant with food hygiene standards
- Recommend add-ons and specials to boost the customer's order and overall sales
- Follow strict food safety procedures for storage, handling, and preparation
- Help monitor stock levels and support with restocking when required
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and helpfully
What We're Looking For
- No prior experience required, full training provided; food service background is a bonus
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices preferred
- Any kitchen or culinary background is helpful but not essential
- Comfortable working quickly and accurately during busy service periods
- A team player who thrives in a fast-moving setting
- Friendly, approachable, and a strong communicator
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Availability to work in any of our operating stores at Old Swan, Sefton and Allerton
