An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Manning Stainton as a Casual Viewer at our busy Guiseley Branch.
The Role
A client facing role accompanying prospective buyers on house property viewings, you will be responsible for promoting Manning Stainton. We are looking for someone who can work 2-3 days a week to conduct viewings within the Guiseley area.
The successful candidate would need to be available Friday typically working 10:00am - 4:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to - 3:30pm, and Sunday 11:00am - 3:30pm hours may vary depending on volume of stock, some weeks may only require you to work one day per week.
You will need:
- A mature and outgoing personality
- Good local knowledge
- Good time management
- Access to own vehicle, insured for business use

Salary: £7.50 per viewing
Pay: £15.00 per hour
