Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Central Administrator to join our team in Spalding. This vital role ensures smooth administrative operations across our central office. Duties
- Be part of the Central Administration Team to ensure the maintenance and development of The Company’s Management Information Systems (MIS) and the administrative maintenance, compliance and audit of the business contractual requirements.
- Ensure that data and systems support the efficient, effective and compliant operation of the business, and the Operations Director and Senior Management Team are provided with timely and appropriate management information to enable the efficient and effective management of all contracts and the business.
- Maintain understanding of the funding rules required to support contracts that Steadfast Training Ltd hold.
- Provide Data Management Information Systems support and systems’ maintenance; to identify systems related issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions .
- Process sheets to be up dated at a minimum yearly or as and when required.
- Register learners as required in a timely manner to meet the awarding body requirements and Steadfast internal process.
- Ensure all learners documents submitted meet the DfE audit requirements.
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain up-to-date records
- Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
Experience
- Proven office experience in a busy administrative environment
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and QuickBooks
- Demonstrated administrative experience with data entry and clerical tasks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
