What We’re Looking For
At Kings Luxe, we’re looking for more than a Sales Advisor. We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes fashion, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proactive mindset and the initiative to get things done without being asked.
- Exceptional attention to detail, from merchandising the shop floor to presenting products and serving customers.
- A positive, team-first attitude. We value people who support one another and represent Kings Luxe with professionalism at all times.
- A genuine interest in streetwear, sneakers and contemporary fashion, with a good understanding of current brands, trends and culture.
- Knowledge of the brands we stock is desirable, but not essential. What matters most is a willingness to learn, ask questions and become an expert.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build genuine relationships with customers. (Communication will form part of the interview process.)
- A charismatic, approachable personality with the ability to create memorable in-store experiences.
- Basic content creation and social media skills, with confidence appearing in or creating content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
- A willingness to go above and beyond. Whether that’s helping a customer find the perfect piece, keeping the store looking its best or supporting the team during busy periods, no task is ever beneath you.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, works with urgency and understands that every interaction contributes to the Kings Luxe brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy. If you’re looking for a job where you’re waiting for customers to come to you, this probably isn’t the right fit.
