We're looking for a Tanker Driver to join our Transport Team based in Borehamwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern, well-maintained vehicles while playing a vital role in supporting our customers and environmental operations.
What you'll be doing
As a Tanker Driver, you will be responsible for the safe loading, transportation, and delivery of bulk liquids, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
You will:

Carry out thorough vehicle checks before each shift and report any defects promptly.

Safely transport waste materials to designated recycling and disposal facilities.

Work closely with the Transport Planning team to maximise vehicle utilisation and operational efficiency.

Maintain excellent standards of vehicle cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.

Ensure full compliance with Drivers' Hours regulations, Working Time Directive requirements, and tachograph procedures.

Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and safe systems of work.

Represent the business professionally on customer sites, building positive relationships and delivering excellent service.

Report operational issues relating to routing, vehicle performance, site conditions, or waste loads as required.

Ensure all loads are secure, compliant, and safe for transportation.
